My 2025 has a rattle that sounds off at 35 mph and higher. The vehicle has had numerous trips to the dealer, and GM suggested using “heat tape” somewhere to stop the noise. It hasn’t worked. The rattle is still there. The “buyback” people at GM are still ignorant of their own policy and I hav driven dealer loaners more than my brand new car. One loaner sounded even worse than my car. The techs hear the sounds, but cannot get it to stop.
Anyone else Hear a “rattle, rumble” when the vehicle goes over 35mph?

There is some talk of loose microphones above the headliner. Not sure if that's what you're hearing.

They have checked and rechecked the microphones. That was the first attempt at a fix.
It isn’t the microphones. The next fix? A”service bulletin”. Not a recall, drive axles replaced.
Engine mount brace replaced.
Put 3 M heat tape on front mount cradle brace. = little to NO change.
Contacted GM buyback program. Started what I thought was a return and buyback by GM of vehicle. They called today and advised that the dealership was going to put heat tape on to stop noise. See where this is going? Getting very close to hiring an attorney. Applying tape seems like a stupid way to fix a rattle. I no longer have faith that GM has a clue as to what is loose.

My '24 is mostly quiet. The only time I ever hear anything rattle is when I have the stereo on with a song where there is a lot of bass. Then I can hear a couple of things "vibrating", but I can't tell from where.

No chance of anything rattling due to bass from the 2025's speakers, Lol. Worst and most underpowered stereo system I've had in 30 years. Can't believe no Bose option available.

Well that sucks. I've heard other people complain about the 2025 sound system, but I didn't know that there was no Bose option available. I have the Bose system in my current Nox, and had it in my prior Impala. It rocks.
