I mentioned to the service advisor about the sway bar links (being loose and/or broken) and he got extremely defensive saying he's "absolutely sure" his mechanic would have checked that :ROFLMAO:. I appreciate the suggestion.

UPDATE**** They have now replaced the control arms... The noise is still there. Here's an EXACT quote from my service advisor... "Spoke with the tech and swapped out the control arm and noise is still there so he said hes gonna do some process and elimination and start removing parts and...

MOST has been under warranty. I bought their warranty from AutoNation when I bought the vehicle. It's just odd (not really) that they are really struggling to find the cause. I LOVE the vehicle, but maybe it's time to take it elsewhere to be looked at...

They just replaced the stabilizer bar and all of that... Still made the noise after. Then they replaced the struts and strut mounts claiming that would fix it. Still does it. Now they replaced the drivers side lower control arm and it still does it. Today they're doing the passenger side...

I describe it as a crunching/grinding noise. I especially notice it when going over speedbumps at a low speed. **UPDATE** went to pick it up from the dealer Friday. They replaced driver side lower control arm. Drove the car over a speedbump at the dealer and brought it right back to them.

I have a 2020 Equinox that I love. I bought it used in 2023 and have had a lot of suspension issues with it. WIthin 3 months, Chevy had to replace upper and lower control arms and bushings. They also had to replace some stuff in the back. Now, 16 months later, the car was making noises when...

I've use the Silver Stars in other vehicles and they don't last. Love the color, but don't like them because they don't last.

I changed them because I don't like the yellow-ish color of the regular halogen. I absolutely LOVE my LED's now.

Good morning everyone! I bought a 2020 Equinox in October and love it. I have the halogen projector headlamps. I am looking to switch to LED bulbs. I just ordered Auxito LED's on Amazon. Am I going to be happy? Am I still going to get that crisp clean line like I do now? Am I going to end...
