The only way I’ve found to disable the Auto Start/Stop is to take it out of Drive & put it in L… then hit the ‘+’ on the shifter until you get to L9 and leave it there. But you have to go through that procedure everytime you start the car up. I wished it simply had an On/Off button in the dash!!

Oh… I stopped by the dealer & talked to a service writer….. clueless

I have a 2020 Premier with the same question. I also wonder about emergency ‘pedestrian’ braking!

I have a 2020 Equinox Premier. I get a warning when I approach a vehicle while driving too fast. How do I know if the car will actually come to a stop. I hate to actually test it! Tks
